We highly encourage the use of First Class Mail plus Registered Mail by USPS when ordering seeds and rhizomes.  First class mail to most countries does not exceed a shipping cost of $2.00 for a small padded envelope that fits close to 13 ounces of seeds and delivery time is reasonable.  Items you send with Registered Mail are placed under tight security from the point of mailing to the point of delivery, and insured against loss or damage. And you can verify the date and time of delivery and the delivery attempts online.  The cost of Registered Mail is $11.50 plus First Class Mail shipping charges or Priority Mail shipping rate depending on your choice. 

If you prefer quick delivery then USPS Priority Mail plus Registered Mail is your best option.  Priority mail prices for seeds are the following; Domestic orders, $4.95 Priority flat rate envelope, up to four pounds of seeds per envelope, International orders, $13.45 Priority flat rate envelope, up to four pounds of seeds per envelope.

Rhizomes:

Rhizomes can only be shipped using USPS Priority Mail to make certain that they arrive fresh.

Priority mail prices for rhizomes are the following; Domestic orders, $14.50 United States Postal Service, Priority flat rate box, up to five rhizomes fit per box, International orders, $55.95 United States Postal Service, Priority flat rate box, up to five rhizomes fit per box.

Combination orders (rhizomes/seeds) follow rhizome rates.

If an error in handling and processing occurs we will gladly rectify. Otherwise, all sales are final.

The authorities in your country can provide the necessary information on phytosanitary certificates and important permits. Shipments containing only seeds as a general rule do not require a phytosanitary certificate.
